BANNED TOPICS

We’re a community of fans from different backgrounds, sex, race, religion, beliefs and nationalities each with our own opinions and viewpoints. We ask our posters to recognize and observe this. Because of the diverse nature of this site, we ask that no politics' or religion be discussed here. We are a sports board for fans of the Utah Jazz and other NBA teams, and we feel this should be the main focus of the site.

Posting sexually explicit material on the site, including but not limited to language or pictures will not be tolerated.

PERSONAL ATTACKS

We are happy to serve those that post and read this site from all over the world. We expect our posters to be considerate of others and refrain from personal attacks or name-calling. We encourage vigorous debate, but we expect our members to disagree without being disagreeable. We believe that a person should attack ideas and not the person. A personal attack or name-calling may result in having your post edited or deleted at our discretion. Repeat offenders may be suspended, banned or have their membership revoked.

DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR

Posts that are meant to be disruptive such as multiple postings of the same thing, vulgar or profane language, or attempting to bypass the profanity filter will be warned. Vulgarity not only includes vulgar language and pictures but also sexist, racist, anti-religious and homophobic language, which may offend other members. Usually a warning will be issued before a suspension occurs, but under certain circumstances or repeated behavior you may be banned for a period of time, left up to our discretion. As an alternative to banning certain member privileges may be revoked for a period of time. We realize this is a gray area and we will attempt to make judgment calls to protect all parties concerned.

ADVERTISEMENT AND SPAMMING RULES

We are a nonprofit site, and therefore we do not allow advertising. Under certain circumstances, permission may be given. You will need to contact one of the site administrators for this.

We do not allow spamming from other sites, and by the same standard, we do not condone people from this site who may spam other sites.

If you post copyrighted material, you must supply a link to the article. No exceptions. Give credit where it is due.
